Since the organization of the Post there has been fifty nine members enrolled. Of that number six members have died, seven have been dropped from the roll and three discharged, two returned, R. A. Vance and R. F. Doak, the other, Wm J. Mawhiney moved away to Ok Territory, leaving on the Post list 45 members. R. A. Vance, Commander

Moore were in the Rebel Army during the War and that their muster into the Post as members illegal and void and they are hereby ordered dropped from the Roll of Members of the Post.

14 June 1890: On application of Comrads E. T. Moore and James W. Dickerson, the Post admitted them by resolution that they might be heard in regard to the action of this Post in dropping them from the Roll of Membership of this Post by Resolution on 8 March 1890. Ask that resolution be reconsidered.
21 June 1890: E. T. Moore and J. W. Dickerson are hereby reinstated and that they be reobligated and seated in full membership in the Post.
8 November 1890: Committee appointed to give report of murder of Anderson Hodges at next meeting. Report filed.
